"We should start calling it Diablo: Immoral instead" fans complain about the microtransaction system

Fans comment that the video game seems pay-to-win

Many fans were eager to try the Diablo Immortal game, which was scheduled for mobile and PC on June 2; however, it was released on the first day for mobile devices.

When they noticed its early release, thousands of users tried the game on mobile. However, its reception was generally good; some criticized the microtransaction system Blizzard implemented.

The game is free-to-play, and the studio opted for this microtransaction system to be able to monetize it and offer new content; so far, you can understand the proposal and think that there is nothing negative about it, but users consider that the company overdid it so much that they made the game a pay-to-win.

FANS ARE NOT HAPPY WITH DIABLO IMMORTAL

Most fans consider this new model of microtransactions Blizzard implemented feel very invasive and modify the player's experience by feeling it as a pay-to-win.

Blizzard stated that what it would be offering in the passes would have little impact on the gameplay, so they ruled out that you have to pay to win in this game. However, Blizzard's words failed to convince the community entirely.

"We should start calling it Diablo: Immoral instead. I feel deprived of some good content for Diablo III that was instead put into a predatory pay-to-win mobile game," says one reviewer.

The game has just debuted; indeed, Blizzard will analyze the situation and the fan's comments to improve this aspect of the game experience.

Diablo Immortal is available for iOS, Android, and PC.
