The upcoming God of War: Rägnarok has been the target of many suggestions and high expectations. A lot has been said, but most of it hasn’t yet been confirmed. And now, the rumors are back with new tea to spill for everyone. According to Bloomberg, the game “is planned for release this November,” as reported by “three people familiar with the game’s development, despite reports this week that it had slipped to 2023.” Also, the popular site revealed that “Publisher Sony Group Corp. is expected to announce the release date later this month, two of the people said.”
Since God of War: Rägnarok was announced two years ago, the game has been delayed a couple of times. And this kept making the fans wonder if the sequel was coming out soon. However, we recently discovered that official merch would be released in September, so it became evident to everyone that the title would also come out this month.
We all know the expectations this game has for Sony overall. This makes the release date even more crucial. Nonetheless, this is still a rumor, something told by someone that could know something else. Is this true? Is it reliable? It’s tough to know at this point.
Luckily, we are going through showcase season, and we’ll likely have some hard facts to rely on during one of these events.
