The Cloud Gaming service has proved its usefulness, letting you play whenever, wherever, even if you are away from home, in the office (which I’m guilty of) and many other options that gave us more options to play.
Right now, the only games that are available in the Cloud Gaming service are the ones that are exclusive to Game Pass, so the fact that GTA 5, Elden Ring and Soul Hackers 2 received Cloud Gaming Beta logos out of nowhere is extremely surprising.
Seems like #Xbox is ramping up their plans to bring Games that are not a part of #XboxGamePass to Xcloud.

Like GTA V, Soul Hackers 2 and Elden Ring.
Could be a Gamescom Announcement.

According to Twitter user @Knoelbelbroet, the Xbox store pages for GTA 5, Elden Ring and Soul Hackers 2 have all received Cloud Gaming Beta logos. If this was a mistake or if the labels were applied early is still unknown.
Hopefully, this ends up being real
You can give it a shot at trying to play these games on the Cloud, for example Elden Ring, sadly, it always ends up with error messages.
So far Microsoft hasn’t mentioned anything about it, however, a couple of months ago the company expressed its desire to improve the Xbox Cloud Gaming performance, either in a technical way or in the variety of its catalogue.
