We have excellent news for you: the first season of MultiVersus has finally arrived, which means that it comes with much new content to the game, such as the arrival of new characters.
You should remember that, even though today is the official launch of the first season, you will not have access to all the news today since some are released today, and more will arrive next week.
WHAT DOES THE FIRST SEASON OF MULTIVERSUS INCLUDE?
Many game users are eager to know who the new characters will be in the fighting game. As we previously knew, the arrival of Morty from Rick & Morty had been announced as an "expert" fighter for this first season, explicitly arriving on August 23. Subsequently, the release date for Rick is pending.
But this is not all. This morning it was rumored that Black Adam from DC Comics and Stripe from Gremlins were coming to the game, and it turned out to be accurate, as the official MultiVersus account on Twitter has confirmed it. However, it is still unknown when they will join the game.

THERE WILL BE A ROTATION OF FREE CHARACTERS
Player First Games implemented a list of free characters that will rotate every two weeks. This will allow players to use them to determine if they are interested in spending real money or in-game currency to purchase them.
The main lineup of the MultiVersus rotation list will be as follows:
-Arya
-Batman
-Lebron James
-Steven Universe
THESE WILL BE THE CHANGES IN THE BATTLE PASS
As we already know, the game monetizes through Battle Passes, and now, according to Player First Games, there will be some changes, such as the fact that some game missions will be easier to complete by lowering their requirements.
Also, class-specific quests will no longer appear in the daily rotation, so you are not forced to complete quests for characters you may not have. The only ones that will appear will be those that correspond to Wonder Woman since all players have access to that fighter.
BALANCE ADJUSTMENTS FOR MULTIVERSUS
Last but not least, like many platform fighting games, certain balance adjustments need to be made, and in this case, MultiVersus made this change for its first season.
How does this affect you? This adjustment will affect the power of various characters in the game. Bugs Bunny, Bugs Bunny, and Superman will receive adjustments in this new season to be fairer in games. Instead, characters like Arya and Taz received pushed to be more present in the competitive environment.
