New strategies, the ongoing pandemic, and sudden changes in your own workplace are important factors to have present nowadays and this videogame generation knows it. Actually, everybody is expecting 2023 to be the year that finally PlayStation 5 and Xbox X Series X|S users have been waiting for.
Well, maybe it will, but not everything is set in stone and many games are getting delayed; this could be the case with the new Forza Motorsport as well as Turn 10 Studios revealed that the project is in the production phase and will remain like that the rest of this year.
Everything seems good though…
The new instalment of the hit simulator series Forza Motorsport is set to debut in spring 2023, however, this could change at any time as general manager Dan Greenawalt and creative director Chris Esaki revealed on the latest Forza Monthly stream, that Turn 10 is still in the development process.
In this regard, Greenwalt noted that while the game is currently in full production, the final polishing stage won’t kick off until some time in 2023.
“The final stage, which will be entering as we get into next year, is polish. And polish is really critical. If you've got a massive game like [Forza] Motorsport and a lot of new systems you're rethinking, that's a lot of surface area to polish. And it takes a lot of time. The real art of game development, is not biting off more than you can polish. [...] We're deep in production now, and we'll be heading into that polish phase, sometime in the next year.”

Remember, Forza Motorsport is coming exclusively to Xbox Series X/S and PC apparently on spring 2023.
