He did it! MrBeast already has more subscribers than PewDiePie on YouTube

If you are a person who is involved in the YouTube world, you might know that for some YouTubers, the most important thing is how many subscribers their channel has. And, yes, some topic that everyone gets interested in is who is the YouTuber with the most subscribers on the platform.

As everyone knows, the YouTube king is PewDiePie, with more than 100 million subscribers; that was until now when the YouTuber known as MrBeast just beat that record.

MrBeast has had unprecedented success, quickly scaling and ranking among the most viewed content creators. In July of this year, he also hit the 100 million subscriber mark, and it seemed only a matter of time before he became the king of the platform.

A few months later, MrBeast nailed it and is now the most subscribed individual content creator on YouTube. Surely he will celebrate big soon, as he is close to reaching 112 million followers.

PEWDIEPIE SAW THIS COMING

Back in August, during a video, PiewdiePie was questioned by some of his followers about MrBeast's achievements and how close he is to reaching his subscribers. So PiewDiePie explained that his platform partner fully deserves it for everything he has achieved over the years.

He also mentioned that he wouldn't be surprised when he tops his record for followers. On the other hand, he also explained that YouTube is no longer his top priority for now.
“Come on; I've been retired for like 2 years. I can't wait for it to happen […] it's alright, he definitely deserves it. I hope he does. [YouTube] is a lower priority,” PewDiePie explained.

MRBEAST IS THE NEW KING OF YOUTUBE, WITH ALMOST 112 MILLION FOLLOWERS

Dexerto reports that MrBeast became YouTube's most subscribed content creator earlier this week. PewDiePie currently has an impressive 111,846,098 followers on YouTube.

Thanks to his latest videos, MrBeast surpassed PewDiePie with 111,851,893 followers on the video platform. As you can see, the difference is small for now, but MrBeast is getting more and more followers, and the gap is increasing little by little.

On the other hand, we do not know if MrBeast will do something special to celebrate this great achievement with his subscribers or if he will prepare a surprise for when he reaches 112 million followers.
