The Xbox 360 Controller is making a comeback!

The best of the 2000s now for the new gen

Nothing like celebrating anniversaries with special edition replicas, am I right? Earlier today, peripheral manufacturer Hyperkin announced that they are preparing for the Xbox 360’s 17th anniversary by releasing an official replica of the 360 controller.

Parece que o Forsetes e o Sath gostam bastante do Homem de Ferro

In case you missed it: Xbox Mineral Camo Controller unveiled!

The replica will be available on their website by the name of “Xenon” which by the way was the codename used back in 2005 for the Xbox 360; the controller is officially licensed for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC, so you will have one of the best (at least on my very personal opinion) controller ever to play in the current platforms.

But wait, sadly, you will only be able to connect the controller to your console or PC via a detachable USB-C cable as this replica will not be wireless.

Not the first time…

This is not the first time Hyperkin launches an old Xbox controller for the new gen, at the beginning of the year the company also released the infamous yet very popular Duke controller in order to celebrate Xbox’s 20th anniversary; the limited edition is available on two different colours and is compatible with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. Actually, you still can acquire yours by clicking here.

It is worth noting that the pre-orders are not open yet, however, when the time comes we will update the information so you can buy yours, just remember to stay tuned for everything Xbox related here at Level Up.
