Persona 3 Reload will finally receive one of the extra contents from the original title, albeit in the form of DLC. If the final chapter of the story was the only thing you were interested in from the DLC, there's bad news, as it will be extremely expensive.
Despite ATLUS explaining why they decided to sell the epilogue of the title, Episode Aigis: The Answer as DLC and not as part of the remake, many fans were dissatisfied, as they believed it should have been included in the base game. After the confirmation of the 3 pieces of DLC that the title will have, they at least hoped there would be an option to obtain them individually, but it won't exist.
How much will Episode Aigis: The Answer for Persona 3 Reload cost?
With the announcement of the DLC plans, ATLUS only revealed the price of the complete Expansion Pass, which would offer 3 pieces of content including music, costumes, and the epilogue Episode Aigis: The Answer in exchange for $35 USD.
Nothing was said about the price of each of the 3 phases of the DLC for a simple reason: ATLUS hasn't considered it.
"The 3 parts of the Expansion Pass will not be available separately and will only be available as part of the complete pass," said a spokesperson for ATLUS to Push Square.
This means that any fan who wants to know the outcome of Persona 3 Reload will have to pay half of what the remake cost them: $35 USD, which has infuriated many users, especially those who paid more than $100 USD for premium editions of the title and will have to shell out even more if they want to discover what happens in the epilogue.
