For the past few hours, Xbox Game Pass has been experiencing issues with its functionality. According to the official Xbox support page, an investigation is underway to find a solution and resolve the issues.
We know that Xbox players may have trouble acquiring a subscription to Xbox Game Pass. So, don't worry if you're unable to subscribe or renew the service at the moment, as it's currently not possible to do so correctly.
On the other hand, Microsoft warned that current subscribers might not be able to see all the games available on Xbox Game Pass. There is also the possibility that they may have issues launching games from the service.
“We are aware that some users are experiencing issues with Game Pass. Thank you for your patience as we investigate,” the company wrote.
Some players have expressed their frustration on social media, especially since a price increase for the service was recently confirmed. It is expected that everything will return to normal soon.
